An English language broadcast featuring a special on Romanian actors, DX Mailbag and jazz performed by Romanian artists was observed from 18.35 till 18.57 UTC (broadcast time 18.00 till 18.57 UTC). Reception on 9.780 kHz was (SINPO) 34343 -- fair signal strength, clear and audible despite minor fading and atmospheric noise.
